Due to some established contacts in the area, De Villiers were requested to manage the renovation of an 8,000 sq. ft. Italian Villa in the Tuscan Hills.
The project began in 2023, with the instruction of a Geometra (architect), obtaining consent from the local Commune for the works, and then instructing the various trades to fulfil their role in the project.
De Villiers are currently managing the project and overseeing all contractors.
The finished house will consist of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a gym, cinema room, games room and outdoor pool and will be run off a 24-panel solar power system with battery backup, with no gas or oil installed.
The aim is for the project to be finished by the summer of 2025.
