De Villiers organised the full refurbishment of a Grade II listed retail premises in poor condition.
Liasing with English Heritage and the architect, De Villiers employed contractors with a full understanding of the sensitivities and complexities of listed building.
Planning was submitted for the creation of a new commercial space in the basement, which was approved by all parties, hence maximising the value of the property for the client.
After appointing contractors, the property was underpinned and fully refurbished from a shell. De Villiers liaised with English Heritage, ensuring the highest standard of finish, whilst maintaining the historic nature of the building.
De Villiers then marketed and let the property on a 5-year lease to a successful fitness (Pilates) company.
