Kevin graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2016 with a degree in Property Planning and Development. He joined us as Graduate Trainee in 2016 and re-joined our residential team as a chartered surveyor after gaining his MRICS qualifications as a fully qualified surveyor and registered valuer in 2019.

Kevin’s main focus is residential valuations for loan security purposes, including single dwellings, residuals and houses in multiple occupation. He has also gained experience in commercial valuations, home buyer reports, leasehold enfranchisement, capital taxation, development appraisals and business development. Kevin was awarded the East Midlands prize by the RICS for the work he produced in his final year of studies.

Always willing to help, Kevin has also mentored multiple graduate surveyors, in order to prepare them for the Assessment of Professional Competence.  A sports enthusiast, Kevin has played football at a semi-professional level since the age of 16.
