Ben Dwimoh, BSc MRICS

Ben has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years and joined De Villiers in 2022 after spells with most of the large corporate surveying firms. He obtained his degree in Land Administration in 1990, and then trained as a Commercial Surveyor.  He then worked in the public sector for a number of years, prior to specialising in residential surveys and valuations. Ben co-ran a family-owned surveying and property management business in North London between 2004 and 2011, before returning to the corporate sector as a valuation and building surveyor. Ben has built extensive contacts and the surveying profession and applies this in the service De Villiers provides its clients.

In his spare time Ben is a keen long distant cyclist and uses this activity to raise money for several charities. Ben also enjoys motorsport and travel.
