Vipul Mistry

Vipul Mistry is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, joining De Villiers as a Director and Partner.

Vipul brings extensive expertise across commercial property management, acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, and project management. He is highly skilled in analysing and managing complex property portfolios, implementing effective management strategies, and advising clients on capital investment projects to maximise asset performance and long-term value.

In previous roles before joining De Villiers, Vipul held the position of Director at CBRE and Head of Property Management at Aston Rose. In these roles he was responsible for a diverse Central London and National portfolio including office, hotel, Industrial, Business/Retail Parks and mixed-use assets. Vipul worked closely with occupiers, investors, and corporate global clients, delivering strategic advice and ensuring optimal property performance.

Vipul’s commercial insight, hands-on approach, and client-focused mindset make him a valuable addition to De Villiers and the new Commercial team.

Outside of work, Vipul enjoys travelling and has explored destinations across Asia, Middle East, North America, and Africa, most recently visiting India. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, keeping up to date with the property market through industry publications and podcasts, and regularly attending CPD and networking events. An enthusiastic sportsman, Vipul enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, running, football, and a variety of other outdoor activities.
