There is certainly an increase in activity in the market over recent months as buyers have decided they cannot wait any longer for duplicitous politicians to do their job properly, so are now committing to move despite the uncertainty of Brexit. This is particularly noticeable at the upper tiers of the London market, which have been subdued since 2015, but buyers can now see genuine value following the price corrections over the last few years. Asking prices must however be competitive to attract interest in a property.
